Reform BH

Reform BH is a Pilates studio for people who want to move well and keep moving well. Small classes, qualified instruction, and steady, honest progress.

Who it is for

You want to be stronger. You do not want to be sore for three days.

Most people arrive with the same story: sitting too much, a back or a knee that complains, and a nagging sense that whatever they used to do is not working anymore. Reformer Pilates is slow, precise and scalable, so you can work hard without gambling with your joints.

Classes are kept small so your instructor can actually see you, correct you, and change the spring load when something is not sitting right.

Getting started

Three steps, then just show up.

  1. 01

    Pick a time

Open the timetable and choose a class that fits your week. Everything is booked online.

  2. 02

    Come in early

Arrive a few minutes ahead of your first class so your instructor can set up your reformer with you.

  3. 03

    Keep a rhythm

Two or three classes a week is where most people notice their strength and control change.

New here

First class, no guesswork.

Wear something you can move in. Grip socks are standard on a reformer. Tell your instructor about any injury, pregnancy or surgery before you start, and they will give you an alternative for anything that does not suit you.

You do not need experience. You do not need to be flexible. You need about an hour.
